At Trade Show Pros, our product is sales expertise.

We are a group of semi-retired sales people who still love the thrill and art of selling. We’ve always appreciated trade shows because they yield new business opportunities. TSP embraces the chance to broadly introduce great products, add potential customers, and deliver volume. 

So how does TSP actually work a show? 

In a collaborative effort with the client’s instructions. We can:

  • Manage the booth, keeping the samples display clean and presentable while your sales team is on the floor. Or,

  • Sell product: features, quote pricing, show deals, and explain margins. TSP only employs people who have the ‘go-getter’ sales attitude that is necessary for shows. Stand in the aisle, greet retailers, and get them over to the booth to show your products. That is a minimum expectation you should have of any team member.

TSP Cost

Set-Up Fee: $250
Billable Hours: $35/hour, per team member
Travel Expenses: lodging and airfare billed at actual cost
Vehicle Mileage Rate: $0.69 per mile
Meals and Incidentals: $50.00 per diem per team member (if needed)

Our set up fee includes all the advance preparation, preferably with your assigned company sales representative, to ensure a show ready booth. We ask the client to provide us all product information so that we can thoroughly review in advance of the show. We are available for pre-show virtual calls if needed.

At the conclusion of the show, a detailed report will be provided to the client. What did we see? What were the best leads? What products did the attendees love? What did they not? Any competitive notes that our team came up with.

TSP’s billable hours only include the time spent on site at the show. Set-up, show hours, and breakdown.

Our customer will receive an invoice via email within seven days after the close of the show. Itemized breakdown of all expenses will be provided.
